The same chat anyone can use for free, set up for a business or organisation: on your own website in your own colour, or behind a guest list. On invoice, paid by bank transfer or PayPal, no account to manage.
A chat room on your own website
The free embed works and stays free. It carries one klaklak line at the bottom and resets after a day of quiet. A paid embed changes what a customer of yours sees.

What a paid embed does not change
- The room is still open: anyone who types its address on klaklak.com lands in the same conversation. Pick a name nobody would guess if that matters.
- Visitors still choose a nickname and pass a quick human check. Nobody signs up.
- There is no sponsored line inside an embed, paid or free. That was already the case.
Invite-only rooms
A room on its own address, yourname.klaklak.com, where only the people on your guest list get in. Each guest signs in with a code we send to their own e-mail address.

How it works
- Send an e-mail to info@hertge.com with the plan you want, the room name, and the name and address to put on the invoice (for a business also the VAT number).
- You get an invoice from Hertge VOF for the period you chose, a month or a year. Pay it by bank transfer or PayPal.
- We switch the plan on, usually within two working days. For Embed Pro you get your moderator link by e-mail.
- Nothing renews by itself. Before the period ends we ask whether you want another one.
Who can buy
Businesses and organisations anywhere, and private customers in the European Union. Prices exclude VAT. A business elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number is invoiced with VAT reverse-charged; a private customer in the EU pays 21% Dutch VAT on top. For private customers outside the EU we cannot take orders at the moment, because of how VAT on digital services works in their countries. If a room does not work as agreed and we cannot put it right, you get the unused part of the period back. The details are in our terms.
